Jen is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who has over 30 years of medical background and is the Owner and Operator of A Rae of Hope. Jennifer specializes in Geriatrics and Adult Medicine and utilizes her talents to provide clinical expertise in weight and nutrition management as well as all natural remedies for pain management- including Trigger Point Injections! Jen has been recognized with numerous honors and awards for excellence in medicine and truly believes in individualized healthcare. Jennifer Rae can be found in suite 113 inside SoHo Salon Suites (next to Ashley Furniture) and also does Telehealth as well as home visits!
